In order to secure your room you are required to pay an Admin Fee of £65 and a Deposit of £150. The payment can be made either by bank transfer or by card over the phone.
The Admin fee is non-refundable. The deposit is refundable at the end of your tenancy – please check your Tenancy Agreement for more details.
Cancellation policy – should you cancel before 2 weeks of your arrival your deposit will be refunded in full. Should you cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival 50% of your deposit will be taken and the remainder refunded to you.
